Bag-A-Chat provides API for sending transactional whatsapp messages from Zoho CRM to your contacts, customers and leads, based on CRM workflow rules. To enable this, you need to activate Bag-A-Chat account first. Bag-A-Chat API can be called using Zoho CRM Webhook or custom function.
